Our English Pub and Countryside ittinary is designed to help you see some of England's most well-known places of interest. We will be happy to arrange this Tour for Groups or for individuals as a fly/drive tour. Price will depend on group size and time of the year that you wish to travel. Tour Includes: Accommodations at first class hotels, all meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner), transportation, guides, admissions, round-trip airfare (Jacksonville or the nearest International Airport in USA or London) and tips (except to Tour Escorts).
Registration ∓ Payment: Please complete the registration form and return it to Thoroughbred Tours. Enclose a $200 nonrefundable registration deposit. The balance of your fees will be billed as follows: one half upon receipt and acceptance of registration, remainder to be billed and payable 45 days prior to start of tour.
Travel Information: The itinerary is described in as much detail as possible, but serves only as a model and Thoroughbred Tours reserves the right to make changes to take advantage of local events, weather, and other timely considerations, and also reserves the right to make changes in itinerary sequence, and substitute hotels, excursions, activities or departure dates as may be required. Such changes are not grounds for withdrawal with full refund. Thoroughbred Tours is not responsible for flight delays, missed connections flights, or any expenses relative to such delays.
Trip Fees Include: All services as specified in the specific itinerary description: airfares, transportation, all meals, admission fees, hotels, baggage handling, services of couriers and guides and tips (except to escort and driver) and local taxes and service charges.
Trip Fees Do Not Include: Passport fees, tips to escort and driver, expenses incurred during free time periods, personal expenses or alcoholic beverages.
Refund Policy: For withdrawal up to 45 days before departure, refund of all payments except the $200 registration deposit. For withdrawal less than 45 days before departure, refund of all payments except the $200 registration deposit and a 10% cancellation fee. Thoroughbred Tours reserves the right to refuse any registration after space is full, or after ticketing deadline, and to cancel a program due to unforeseen operational difficulties. If registration is full, or if a trip is cancelled by Thoroughbred Tours, a refund will be made within 30 days. There is no provision for refunds for meals, hotels, transportation, including, flight costs, or activities missed by participant for reasons of absence once the trip has started. All refund requests must be in writing and must be addressed to Thoroughbred Tours.
Terms & Conditions: Applications and payment implies acceptance of terms and conditions described herein. This information as well as your itinerary description regarding dates and prices are part of your individual contract with Thoroughbred Tours. Application and payment waives and releases Thoroughbred Tours, its affiliates, employees, or sponsoring organizations, including any persons or entity employed by Thoroughbred Tours from all claims arising from any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense resulting from events beyond its control, including, with limitation, acts of God, war, strikes, incidents or politically motivated violence, sickness, quarantine, government restrictions or regulations, and in the absence of its own gross negligence, arising from the use of any vehicle or from any act of omission by any bus or rental agency, company or individual. All tours are arranged by Thoroughbred Tours, who reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary and hotels as may be necessary.
For The Comfort And Convenience Of All, We Request That You Travel Light. Please limit your luggage to one medium size bag and one carry-on bag per person. The hotels provide hair dryers, irons, plenty of towels, etc., so, no need to bring along the kitchen sink !
